The one storey barn, converted in the early 2000s, benefitted from good levels of insulation in most walls but the advisor identified a couple of significant gaps in one (solid) wall and roof areas which correlated to the owners’ comment that they found the rooms “hard to heat”.
The residents were given the following options to consider investing in, to save on bills and improve the comfort of their home.
